Leadership board for confidential concerns and tasks

A kanban board for the school's leadership team only. Concerns about a teacher, a class or an initiative are captured, prioritised and closed — without mixing with the staff group or staff appraisals.

Contact

Leadership only

Access-controlled to the leadership team role. Coaches and teachers cannot see the board.

Priority in Danish/English

Low · Normal · High · Urgent — labels are always shown in the right language, never raw English.

Drag between columns

Inbox → In progress → Waiting → Closed. Closed cases are archived but kept confidential.

Assign to one leader

Each task has one owner in the leadership team — no more 'someone should do something'.

Link to a goal or initiative

Link the concern to the relevant quality goal or concrete initiative.

Created_by trail

Every post carries who wrote what — without exposing it on the board.

In the classroom

Concern about team collaboration

The leader notes it, prioritises 'High' and assigns to the pedagogical leader.

Follow-up after a complaint visit

The task closes when the response is sent — history is kept confidential.

Urgent initiative with deadline

Pinned to the top of the board until handled.

Two audiences, one tool

For school leadership

The leadership board is where leadership talks about what doesn't belong in minutes. Research on distributed leadership shows that shared, confidential case logging is one of the clearest markers of a high-functioning leadership team.

For the municipality

The municipality cannot see individual concerns — but can see aggregated data (number of active cases per priority) at school level, so it can offer support to schools where issues are stacking up.
