Helmke (2012) and OECD TALIS 2018 highlight that physical settings and predictable work patterns affect both pupil learning and teacher well-being — this module operationalises those two dimensions.

Room and availability checks support both work environment (HSE-style rules) and pedagogical quality (right subject in the right room). The two are normally handled separately — here they're the same audit pass.
