Can we skip the audit when we're in a rush?

No. Hard-block can't be overridden. Soft-ack can, but requires an explicit signature — so no 'I didn't know' excuses.

Does the audit report become a GDPR burden?

The report contains no pupil PII. It lists lesson counts, conflict counts, teacher names and timestamps — all already known in the schedule.

Before a schedule goes live, skema-kvalitetstjekket runs and surfaces blocking errors (red) and warnings (amber). Hard-block prevents publish; soft-ack requires a deliberate acknowledgement. The report is stored on schedule_snapshots.audit_report as documentation. Inspired by classic governance checklists from Bryk & Schneider (2002) and Robinson (2011) — decisions must be traceable to build trust.
