What goes into the score
The substitute suggester combines qualifications from the teacher qualification register (linjefag, teaching competence, course, secondary), standby status, availability windows and work time — and now adds subject and year-team boosts on top, so teachers already attached to the class rise first.

Who's filtered out
The matcher automatically skips teachers who are on absence in that exact slot, have exceeded the annual norm, or hit a conflict in their availability windows. The result is clean suggestions — without you having to validate each candidate.
